Admission Procedure
Potential students who have applied and qualify for the entry requirements are given application forms and shortlisted. Those shortlisted according to their C.O.S.C/LGCSE results.
Candidates are ranked according to their performance and the availability of space for various cardres there is a percentage put aside for straight forward admissions for qualifying students,for those who have undergone nursing assistants’ programme or an aquivalant and for those who are special cases and are disadvantaged. Selections Committee does the final selection.
Students apply for accommodation and have option to stay off campus.
In order to qualify for admission at Roma College of Nursing, a student should have attained a minimum of six (6) passed subjects at COSC /LGCSE level with the following:
NURSING PROGRAMME
COSC /LGCSE Level
-Pass of seven or better in English language
-Pass in Mathematics
-Credit (C or above) in any Science Subjet i.e Physics and Chemistry or Biology
-Credit in any other three (3) Subjects
MIDWIFERY PROGRAMME
-Diploma in Nursing and Valid license,and registration with LNC..
